The depth of knowledge James has about the process, the market, home maintenance, and literally anything you can think to ask him is astonishing. Not only did he help us purchase our home, but he has continued to help us become knowledgeable homeowners to this day. Need paint? Got a tax question? Where’s my property line? Internet provider? A true friend and a great person, James will make what should be a stressful process fun."

"James is an incredible realtor and advocate for his clients. He was both pur buyers' agent when we purchased our recent home, and our sellers' agent when selling our previous home. He was realistic, knowledgeable and educated us every step of the way and got us the best possible outcome in each situation (buying and selling). He is objective, honest, and keeps his finger on the pulse of the market in order to give his clients' the best and most accurate metrics and insight. What he doesn't know, he learns and he is very aware of his scope abilities; he isn't afraid to admit when he doesn't know something and will go to the best sources to obtain the information he's after. If we ever sell in the future or purchase another property, we will go to James. He has since gone from being our realtor to our family friend, and we're so glad to have introduced to him."

"James is a wealth of information and covers all aspects of buying or selling a home. We had James running all over the state looking at properties, on all days of the week and he was always helpful and responsive. He thought of things we never considered and ended up saving a lot of time and money. I have no doubt there were a lot of minor issues I never saw because James handled them before they got to me. Overall I can't recommend James enough. He made a complex, stressful situation a lot easier to deal with."
